Rafael Lozano-Hemmer's 33 Questions per Minute really intrigued me because it is one of many of a lot of large-scale interactive installations that he does. This one in particular focuses on a computer program that generates fortuitous questions. Most of the questions don't make any sense, but the program uses grammatical rules and words from a dictionary to make these questions. The LCD screens that he used to display these questions would show 33 questions a minute, enough time to read them but not to reflect on them. However, it is interactive as well. Viewers can enter their own questions into the system and they will randomly be put into the mix of 33 questions a minute. Since they are random viewers are unable to tell the difference between computer generated questions and human generated questions.
